Vail Resorts

The Colorado Pass is Vail Resorts five-mountain pass that is offered to Colorado residents. The campaign is built around the tagline “It’s why you live here”. Denver Theatre District

The challenge for the Denver Theatre District is to shift the perception of the area from a passive to more interactive experience. For the campaign, the actual placement background of each oversized piece is incorporated to create a 3D effect that allows the graphic art of local artist to “come alive” as well. These elements combine to create a dramatic and effective use of this unique space.

J&E Development

J&E Development wanted to promote their organic architecture. The tagline “The Fusion of Nature & Materials” was combined with an organic wood surface to create a really natural feel. The flash animation in the center shows some of their work and how they have incorporated it’s unique environment into the design.

Two Wives

The challenge was to take an existing product and reinvent the brand through the design of a wine label. I solved it through writing and designing type that focuses the customer on the true spirit of Two Wives wine. The copy on the front of the bottle, reading “Spend a moment or two for yourself”, is intentionally laid out in a manner that makes the viewer slow down in order to read. This is used to further accentuate the message and it’s meaning.

Wee Ones

Betsy McPherson, current president of Wee Ones says “Wee Ones is about fun. Little girls wearing our hair bows today are just as likely to have messy hair, skinned knees and soccer uniforms on as they are to have on smocked dresses. Our new look better communicates our capability of providing all different kinds of looks for all different kinds of personalities. Our quality and vast selection will remain as strong as ever.”

Verizon Wireless

This internal branding campaign for Verizon Wireless was created to heighten awareness of their four key priorities. Each character is a representative for a different initiative, and embodies those qualities. This campaign also provided the vehicle to communicate selling tips and recognition. Keep your eyes peeled for a possible "Villains" follow up campaign.

32 Winds

The identity was created by taking elements from 17th century style map making and compass drawing and combining them into a language that felt elegant on the page. The type imitates script that was commonly used in legends on old maps. The compass is hand painted with 32 points in the traditional style. The rays coming from the compass are representative of the lines they would show coming from a compass on a certain point. These were used to help sailors map out their journey.

This feature for Frontier Airlines magazine Wild Blue Yonder focuses on preparing for the upcoming ski season. The visuals created represent a dream like anticipation of the season to come.
